Twin Eagles Estate Fee - $1000.00
This fee includes an outdoor event on the property. It can be a party, corporate retreat or whatever you need. For a wedding, the house will be open for the wedding party to get ready - separate quarters for the bride and groom and their attendants. One of our service packages will complete your event. See them below and Cheri and Dyane will customise to your needs. Photos may be taken in the house as agreed upon.
A million dollar insurance policy, rental of portable restroom, and formal contract will be required. A 50% deposit is required to secure the date, refundable up to 60 days prior to your event. Other items to be determined.

Our first complimentary consultation ( 1 to 2 hours ) will determine your wishes and needs. Our maximum planning includes presenting you with design ideas, implementing them and managing all elements of your special day so you can enjoy it! Due to our many years in this community, our contacts include vendors for the perfect wedding: caterers, rentals, lighting, bathrooms, florists, DJ, Photography, Hair/ makeup and whatever else comes up! We are the point of contact for all your venders, etc. and we'll manage the budget and create a checklist to keep all on track. Our promise is to reduce stress for you!
We promise to respond to emails, phone calls, texts promptly. There will be no hidden fees. Payment will be due in 2 installments, dates to be determined in consultation.
